【摘要】 目的研究胆囊炎合剂与其功能主治相关的主要药效学。方法采用石胆酸引起的豚鼠急性胆囊炎模型观察胆囊炎合剂对胆囊炎的作用;采用四氯化碳及α-萘异硫氰酸酯所致动物急性肝损伤及黄疸型肝损伤模型观察胆囊炎合剂对肝损伤的保护作用;采用二甲苯引起的小鼠耳水肿和酵母所致大鼠发热方法观察其消炎解热作用。结果与石胆酸所致的急性胆囊炎模型组比较,豚鼠的肝脏、脾脏指数明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);与四氯化碳所致急性肝损伤模型组和α-萘异硫氰酸酯致黄疸型肝损伤模型组比较,血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素活性显著降低(P<0.05);胆囊炎合剂对二甲苯引起的炎症及酵母导致的发热也有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论胆囊炎合剂具有利胆、消炎、退黄及解热作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the main pharmacodynamics of Cholecystitis Mixture related to its major functions.Methods The model of guinea pigs with acute cholecystitis caused by lithocholic acid was used to observe the function of Cholecystitis Mixture for cholecystitis;the models of animals with acute liver injury and liver injury of jaundice type caused by carbon tetrachloride and α-naphthylisothiocyanate were used to observe the protective effect of Cholecystitis Mixture for liver injury;the methods of ear edema of mice caused by xylene and fever of rats caused by yeast were used to observe the anti-inflammatory and antipyretic functions.Results Compared with model of acute cholecystitis caused by lithocholic acid,the liver and spleen indexes of guinea pigs were decreased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01);compared with the model of acute liver injury caused by carbon tetrachloride and the model of liver injury of jaundice type caused by α-naphthylisothiocyanate,the activity of alanine transaminase,glutamic oxalacetic transaminase,total bilirubin was decreased significantly(P<0.05);Cholecystitis Mixture had marked inhibition effects for inflammations caused by xylene and fever caused by yeast(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Cholecystitis Mixture has the effects of choleretic effect,anti-inflammation,removing jaundice and relieving fever.更多还原
