【摘要】 目的分析品质管理活动在降低儿科浅静脉留置针意外拔管发生率中的应用效果,并总结其临床意义。方法选取2012年1~12月100例四川省内江市第一人民医院(以下简称"我院")儿科浅静脉留置针患者为对照组,选取2013年1~12月100例我院儿科浅静脉留置针患者为观察组,并于2013年1月1日其实施品质管理活动,记录两组患者品质管理活动实施前后的意外拔管发生率和护理满意度,分析儿科浅静脉留置针意外拔管发生原因,并对记录结果进行统计学分析。结果观察组意外拔管发生率(8.0%)低于对照组(50.0%),差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组留置时间低于对照组,护理质量评分、患者满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义[(2.8±1.1)d比(4.5±1.4)d,(95.32±2.34)分比(76.98±4.34)分,100.0%比79.0%,均P<0.05]。结论品质管理活动可降低儿科浅静脉留置针意外拔管发生率,提升患者满意度,可考虑于临床中合理推广应用,应当引起广大医学卫生工作者的关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application of quality management activities in the reduction of pediatric superficial vein indwelling needle accidental extubation.Methods 100 cases of pediatric superficial vein indwelling needle in First People’s Hospital of Neijiang City("our hospital" for short) from January to December 2012 were selected as control group,and 100 cases of pediatric superficial vein indwelling needle in our hospital from January to December 2013 were selected as the experimental group,and quality management activities was actualized in January 1,2013,the incidence of accidents and nursing satisfaction before and after the implementation of quality management activities of the pull tube were recorded,and causes of indwelling needle accidental extubation of pediatric superficial vein was analyzed,the recorded results were processed and analyzed.Results The incidence rate of unexpected pulling in experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(8.0% vs 50.0%,P <0.01);the indwelling time of the experimental group was less than that of the control group,the nursing quality score and patient′s satisfaction were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences [(2.8±1.1) d vs(4.5±1.4) d,(95.32±2.34) scores vs(76.98±4.34) scores,100.0% vs 79.0%,all P < 0.05].Conclusion The quality management activities can reduce pediatric superficial vein indwelling needle accidental extubation occurrence rate,improve patient’s satisfaction,it can be considered for clinical reasonable application,and the majority of medical health workers should be paid attention to.更多还原
