【摘要】 目的比较膝关节镜下自体腘绳肌腱、同种异体肌腱两种重建后交叉韧带的疗效。方法选择2010年5月~2014年5月潮州市中心医院收治的后交叉韧带损伤患者21例,重建术式均由患者最后决定,其中自体腘绳肌腱重建组9例(自体腘绳肌腱重建组),同种异体肌腱重建组12例(异体肌腱重建组)。术后随访患者,记录Lysholm评分、后抽屉试验及KT-1000检查膝关节稳定性、关节活动范围、不良反应情况。结果随访8~36个月,两组患者终末随访的Lysholm评分、KT-1000结果和后抽屈试验阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。自体腘绳肌腱重建组1例(11.1%)出现膝关节10°屈曲受限;同种异体肌腱重建组2例(16.7%)出现膝关节10°屈曲受限,屈曲受限发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。重建后患者均未发生血管神经损伤、排斥反应、感染等并发症。结论关节镜下自体腘绳肌腱、同种异体肌腱重建后交叉韧带均取得满意的结果,并且疗效相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effects between autologous hamstring tendon reconstruction and allogenic tendon reconstruction in rebuild posterior cruciate ligament with arthroscopy.Methods From May 2010 to May 2014,in Chaozhou Central Hospital,21 patients with posterior cruciate ligament were selected.Reconstruction formula was selected by each patient with informed consent signed,9 patients were given autologous hamstring tendon reconstructions(autologous hamstring tendon reconstructions group),12 patients were given allogenic tendon reconstructions(allogenic tendon reconstructions group).All 21 cases were followed-up,Lysholm knee scroe,posterior drawer test,KT-1000 to test knee stability,range of joint motion,adverse reactions were recorded.Results All patients were followed up for 8 to36 months.Lysholm knee scroe,KT-1000 results,positive rate of posterior drawer test in two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).1 case(11.1%) in the autologous hamstring tendon reconstruction group showed knee 10° flexion restriction;and 2 cases(16.7%) also in the allogenic tendon reconstruction groups showed that,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).No complications appeared such as neurovascular injury,rejection,infection etc in two groups.Conclusion Autologous hamstring tendon reconstruction and allogenic tendon reconstruction to rebuild posterior cruciate ligament by arthroscopy have satisfied and similar clinical effects.更多还原
