【摘要】 慢性非细菌型前列腺炎致病诱因目前尚不明确。盆底肌持续收缩、代谢异常综合征、不良的生活习惯、支原体感染、衣原体感染、心理社会因素、雌激素过盛或雄激素缺乏等都可能使前列腺发生非特异性炎症,出现下腹部、会阴部疼痛,尿频,尿急,健忘,抑郁或焦虑等不适临床表观。当下治疗该病的手段包含行为治疗、按摩、中西药物、针灸、物理热疗以及其他一些辅助方法。但是这些方法都不能单独完全治愈该病。文章将对行为治疗、按摩、中西药物、针灸、物理热疗以及其他一些可能在未来应用于该病治疗的手段予以整合、分析,力求为治疗该病探索恰当的手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chronic nonbacterial prostatitis pathogenic muddled incentives is not clear.Pelvic floor muscle sustained contraction,metabolic syndrome,bad living habits,mycoplasma,chlamydia infection,psychological and social factors,excessive estrogen or androgen deficiency and so may make prostate produces nonspecific inflammation,appear next abdomen,perineal pain,frequent urination,urgency,forgetful,depression or anxiety and discomfort clinically apparent.The current treatment of the diseases include behavioral therapy,massage,traditional Chinese and Western medicine,acupuncture,physical hyperthermia and some other auxiliary method.But these methods do not take charge as chief to completely cure the disease.This paper will be to behavior therapy,massage,traditional Chinese and Western medicine,acupuncture,physical hyperthermia and some other may in the future application in the treatment of the disease means of integration,analysis,and strive to explore the appropriate method for the treatment of the disease.更多还原
