【摘要】 目的探讨早期结构式心理干预在急诊面部创伤整形美容修复术中的应用效果。方法将2012年3~9月就诊于浙江省金华市中心医院行急诊面部创伤整形美容修复术的患者随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组给予结构式心理干预。比较两组患者创面愈合情况、患者的焦虑状态及满意度。结果干预组患者经过结构式心理干预,创伤均为Ⅰ期愈合,焦虑状态评分较低,满意度较高,与对照组患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊面部创伤Ⅰ期整形美容修复术患者应用早期结构式心理干预能够取得较好效果,值得在临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of early structured psychological intervention in patients with acute facial trauma undergoing stage Ⅰ plastic and cosmetic surgery. Methods From March to September 2012, patients receiving stage Ⅰ plastic and cosmetic surgery after acute facial trauma in Zhejiang Jinhua Central Hospital were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. The control group received routine nursing care, while patients in the intervention group received early structured psychological intervention. Facial wound healing, patients’ anxiety and satisfaction were compared. Results Patients in the intervention group showed primary wound healing, lower anxiety scores, and greater satisfaction compared with the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Early structured psychological intervention can be effective in patients with facial trauma after stage Ⅰ plastic and cosmetic surgery, which is worthy of being generalized.更多还原
