血脂异常患者颈动脉内中膜厚度与血清基质金属蛋白酶-9的相关性分析

【摘要】 目的分析血脂异常人群颈动脉内中膜厚度与血清基质金属蛋白酶-9的相关性。方法选取2013年9月~2014年6月于辽宁省抚顺市中医院体检的健康志愿者101名(对照组)及血脂异常患者110例(血脂异常组),利用颈动脉超声观察颈动脉内中膜厚度情况;采用全自动生化分析仪测定总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇等指标;采用免疫透射比浊法检测载脂蛋白AⅠ、载脂蛋白B,载脂蛋白AⅠ/载脂蛋白B比值由应用软件自动计算;采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法检测血清基质金属蛋白酶-9水平。结果血脂异常组颈动脉内中膜厚度为(0.96±0.20)mm,对照组为(0.74±0.13)mm,血脂异常组受检者颈动脉内中膜厚度明显高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。血脂异常人群中,左颈动脉内中膜厚度与MMP-9呈正相关(r=0.158,P=0.008);右颈动脉内中膜厚度与MMP-9呈正相关(r=0.164,P=0.007)。结论超声检测的血脂异常人群颈动脉内中膜厚度具有临床价值,血脂异常人群中颈动脉内中膜厚度与MMP-9呈正相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the correlation of the serum level of matrix metalloprotease-9(MMP-9) and carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) of patients with dyslipidemia. Methods 101 healthy volunteers(control group) and 110 cases of patients with dyslipidemia(dyslipidemia group) checked-up in Fushun Hospital of TCM from September 2013 to June 2013 were chosen. Carotid ultrasound was used to observe carotid intima-media thickness. Automatic biochemical analyzer was employed to determine the total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and other indicators. Immune transmission turbidimetry was adopted to detect apolipoprotein AI and B, and the ratio of apolipoprotein A Ⅰand B was calculated by the software automatically.Double antibody sandwich enzyme immunoassay was used to test the serum level of MMP-9. Results IMT of dyslipidemia group was(0.96±0.20) mm, while that of the control group was(0.74±0.13) mm. IMT of dyslipidemia group was significantly thicker than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.01). In dyslipidemia group,IMT of the left carotid was positively correlated with MMP-9(r = 0.158, P = 0.008); IMT of the right carotid was positively correlated with MMP-9(r = 0.164, P = 0.007). Conclusion Ultrasonic testing of IMT of patients with dyslipidemia has clinical value. IMT and MMP-9 is positively correlated.
