【摘要】 高校教师能否正确认识和处理教学与科研的关系,势必对高校的健康发展产生重要影响。首先对当前不同职称和学历高校教师的教学、科研态度进行了分类调查;进而针对调查结果分析了内在问题,指出教学是作为教师的必要条件,是根本之所在,科研是作为教师的充分条件,是动力之所在,二者辩证统一于教育实践过程中;最后结合我国高等教育实际,建议只有从管理者、组织者及实施者多个层面着手,才能真正形成二者的相互推动、相互促进,最终实现高等教育的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Whether university teachers can correctly understand and deal with the relationship between teaching and scientific research has an important impact on the healthy development of the universities.A classified survey of the attitudes towards teaching and scientific research in teachers with different titles and educational background was performed.Subsequently,the inherent issues from the survey were analyzed.The results showed that though scientific research can provide a motive force for personal improvement of teachers,teaching is fundamental for educators.Therefore,the relation between teaching and scientific research is dialectical in the process of educational practice.Finally,according to the present situation of higher education in China,we suggest that the mutual promotion between teaching and scientific research involved several elements,such as administrators,organizers and executors.The coordination among these factors is the only way to realize the sustainable development of higher education.更多还原
