精子DNA损伤对生殖结局影响的研究进展

【摘要】 人类精子染色质结构的完整性是影响精子生育能力和子代安全性的重要因素,与生殖结局密切相关,可导致并预测男性不育及自然流产,亦可评估人工授精(IUI)的预后情况,并且影响体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)及卵胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)的受精率、着床率、妊娠率、活产率等。而精子DNA损伤的增加与流产的增加有关,对后代健康的不良影响也是通过DNA损伤的精子遗传的,因此,精子DNA损伤阈值的确定对改善辅助生殖的治疗结局非常重要。

【Abstract】 The integrity of human sperm chromatin structure is an important factor affecting sperm fertility and child safety,thus is closely related to the reproductive outcomes: and it can cause and predict male infertility and spontaneous abortion; and it can be used to evaluate the prognosis of intrauterine insemination( IUI),and affect the in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer( IVF-ET) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection( ICSI) fertilization rate. implantation rate and pregnancy rate,etc. The increase of sperm DNA damage is associated with abortion increases. Adverse health effects to offspring is through genetic DNA damage of sperm,so the determination of sperm DNA damage threshold is very important for improving outcome of assisted reproduction treatment.
