【Abstract】 Chemerin as a confirmed new type of adipokines,is involved in a variety of metabolic reactions. Diabetic microvascular disease is a serious complication of diabetes mainly including diabetic nephropathy and diabetic retinopathy. It is a major threat to public health. Recent studies have shown that chemerin may be associated with the development of diabetic microvascular disease through various pathways. Here is to discuss the relationship between the chemerin and diabetes and diabetic microvascular complications with the aim to providing new theory for the pathogenesis of diabetes and diabetic microvascular complications and the early prevention.更多还原
