【Abstract】 MicroRNAs( miRNAs) are a class of small non-coding endogenous RNA molecules and they are believed to regulate the gene expression negatively at the post-transcriptional level by degrading or repressing target messenger RNAs( mRNAs). In recent years,tens of thousands of miRNAs have been identified successfully. Generally,miRNAs are highly conserved in organisms,which play critical roles in a variety of physiological and pathological processes,with bright research prospects and enormous application value.Here is to make a review of the present research progresses of the nomination,formation,biocharacteristics,main function,research strategies and applications of miRNAs.更多还原
