【Abstract】 Dyslipoproteinemia is highly prevalent in type 2 diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease.High triglycerides and high cholesterol in serum may directly damage the kidneys by acting on glomerular endothelial cells,mesangial cells and renal tubular cells; in addition they can indirectly damage the kidneys by affecting angiotensinⅡsynthesizing through high serum insulin,and secreting of tranforming growth factorβ,tumor necrosis factor α and other inflammatory cytokines from monocytes and glomerular mesangial cells.Timely examination of serum lipoprotein levels in patients with diabetes is very important.更多还原
