【摘要】 在胃癌手术中,过去以开腹手术为主,随着腹腔镜手术的发展与进步,腹腔镜胃癌手术得以广泛开展,腹腔镜胃癌根治术在早期胃癌手术中已得到广泛应用,疗效得到证实,已是ⅠA期胃癌的标准治疗方案之一。对于进展期胃癌,腹腔镜手术操作难度较大,疗效仍需要临床多中心大样本的前瞻性随机对照研究及相关基础研究得出结论,达芬奇机器人手术系统是未来微创胃肠外科发展的方向之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 In gastric cancer surgery,open surgery was the main approach in the past,and with the development and progress of laparoscopic surgery,laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for early gastric cancer has been extensively carried out,with confirmed curative effect,and is already one of the standard treatment programs for stage ⅠA gastric cancer. For advanced gastric cancer,laparoscopic surgery is very difficult,while the curative effects still need large cases of randomized controlled trial from multicenter clinical and relevant basic studies to reach a conclusion. Da Vinci robot operation system is one of the development directions of minimally invasive gastrointestinal surgery in the future.更多还原
