【Abstract】 Graves disease( GD) is a common endocrine disease,which accounts for the majority of the hyperthyroidism. GD is a syndrome caused by a variety of reasons of thyroid hormone hypersecretion,leading to syndromes of abnormal metabolic increase,functional disorders of the body,and even organs injury. At present,there are three matured treatments for the GD: internal medicine,surgery and nuclear medicine131 I treatment. And nuclear medicine131 I treatment has become one of the most commonly used methods due to its unique advantages.
