【摘要】 目的探讨支撑喉镜下微创手术配合小剂量放疗治疗早期喉癌的临床效果。方法选择2011年5月至2013年5月荆州市中心医院收治的首诊为早期声门型喉癌患者80例为研究对象,按就诊顺序将患者为联合治疗组和单纯手术组,每组40例。单纯手术组予以传统手术治疗,联合治疗组予以支撑喉镜下微创手术+小剂量放疗治疗,比较两组患者的住院时间、并发症、复发情况及1年生存率。结果联合治疗组患者的住院时间显著短于单纯手术组,并发症发生率和复发率均显著低于单纯手术组(P<0.05),患者1年生存率显著高于单纯手术组(P<0.05)。结论支撑喉镜下微创手术配合小剂量放疗治疗早期喉癌患者并发症发生率及复发率低,生存率高,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive operation combined with small doses of radiotherapy on treatment for early laryngeal cancer. Methods Eighty patients diagnosed as early glottic carcinoma in Jingzhou Central Hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were divided into combination group and surgery group by visiting order. Patients in surgery group were treated by traditional surgery,while patients in combination group were treated by minimally invasive operation and small doses of radiotherapy. Duration of hospital stay,complication incidence,relapse rate and one-year survival rate of the two groups were compared. Results Duration of hospital stay,complication incidence and relapse rate of the combination group were significantly lower than the surgery group( P < 0. 05),one-year survival rate of the combination group was significantly higher than the surgery group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The minimally invasive operation under self-retaining laryngoscope combined with small doses of radiotherapy has good effect on treatment for early glottic carcinoma,with low complication incidence,relapse rate,and high survival rate,therefore,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
