炎性因子与心房颤动的关系研究进展
Research Progress on the Relationship between Inflammatory Cytokines and Atrial Fibrillation
【摘要】 心房颤动(房颤)是临床上常见的心律失常,心房电重构与结构重构是房颤的主要病理生理学基础。研究表明,房颤患者体内多种炎性因子(如C反应蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶、低氧诱导因子、心锚重复蛋白及血管紧张素Ⅱ)的水平均有不同程度的升高。炎性因子及炎症反应在房颤的发生与维持中发挥重要作用。他汀类药物、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂及血管紧张素受体拮抗剂能减轻房颤患者机体的炎症反应,降低房颤的发生率。
【Abstract】 Atrial fibrillation is a common arrhythmia,and atrial electrical remodeling and structural remodeling are the major pathophysiological mechanisms for atrial fibrillation. In recent years,a lot of basic and clinical studies have shown that patients with atrial fibrillation have high levels of inflammatory factors( such as C-reactive protein,matrix metalloproteinases,hypoxia-inducible factor,heart anchor repeat protein and angiotensinⅡ). Inflammatory cytokines and inflammation play an important role in the occurrence and maintenance of atrial fibrillation. The clinical study found that statins,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and angiotensin receptor antagonists can reduce the body’ s inflammatory response and reduce the incidence of atrial fibrillation in patients with atrial fibrillation.
