【摘要】 微血管的生成对肿瘤的形成有重要影响,抑制血管生成可阻止肿瘤的发展与转移。近年来,中医药治疗肿瘤的作用机制成为很多学者研究的热点。大量研究证实,中医药可抑制肿瘤微血管的生成,进而抑制肿瘤的生长。中医药抑制肿瘤的作用机制主要有抑制内皮细胞增殖、内皮迁移,抑制血管组成因子的转导途径,抑制基质金属蛋白酶的活性等方面。该文就中医药抗微血管生成机制及控制肿瘤发生发展的研究进展予以综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The tumor development and microvascular formation are closely related. Inhibition of angiogenesis can stop the development and metastasis of tumor. In recent years,the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of tumors has become interest of more scholars. A number of studies validated that Chinese medicine can inhibit the formation of tumor microvascular,thereby inhibit tumor growth. The mechanisms of Chinese medicine inhibiting tumor mainly include inhibition of endothelial cell proliferation,migration,inhibition of vascular factor transduction pathways,and inhibition of the activity of MMPs. Here is to make a review of the research progress of anti-microvascular generation mechanism f and control of tumor in traditional Chinese medicine.更多还原
