【摘要】 近年来,电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)在肺癌的诊断及治疗方面应用越来越广泛。由于创伤小、术后恢复快、患者痛苦相对较小,VATS被越来越多的患者所选择。VATS的应用对提高治疗效果及治疗的安全性、延长患者生存期及提高生活质量均具有积极意义。随着手术技术的不断提高,VATS在肺癌的早期诊断、TNM分期、肺癌的手术治疗以及肺癌综合治疗等方面的作用越来越重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS) has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.Due to its advantages of less invasive,faster in postoperative recovery and relatively less suffering,VATS is preferred by more and more patients now.Application of VATS has positive significance in improving the curative effect and security of treatment,prolonging patients’ s survival period and improving their life quality.With the continuous improvement of surgical techniques,VATS is playing a more and more important role in the early diagnosis,TNM staging,surgery and comprehensive therapy for lung cacer.更多还原
