瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1与代谢综合征

【摘要】 代谢综合征(MS)是心血管疾病的多种代谢危险因素在个体内异常聚集的病理状态。大量研究证实,糖尿病和心脑血管疾病的预防可以通过早期对MS各组分的有效干预而实现。瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1(TRPV1)即辣椒素受体是研究最为广泛、且最受关注的一种新型离子通道,其与MS的发病机制密切相关,其高表达和激活可改善胰岛素抵抗,调节糖、脂代谢及血压,降低微量白蛋白尿,减轻肥胖诱导的炎症反应。膳食辣椒素激活TRPV1受体通道可能代表一种新的靶向治疗。

【Abstract】 Metabolic syndrome( MS) refers to a pathological state of a variety of metabolic risk factors for cardiovascular disease assembled in individuals. Early intervention of the components of MS may prevent diabetes and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Transient receptor potential vanilloid type 1( TRPV1,i. e. capsaicin receptor),has been extensively researched and concerned as a new type of cation channel. It has been discovered that TRPV1 has a very close relationship with the pathogenesis of MS. Its high expression and activation can improve insulin resistance,regulate glucose,lipid metabolism,blood pressure,reduce microalbuminuria and obesity-induced inflammation. It might provide a novel target in the treatment of MS by dietary capsaicin which can activate TRPV1 channels.
