【摘要】 吴茱萸碱是一种天然存在的吲哚生物碱,也是中药吴茱萸的主要生物学活性成分。当提及吴茱萸碱的药理学活性时人们往往关注其在肿瘤、肥胖、疼痛、炎症、心血管疾病、阿尔茨海默病、感染性疾病等方面的功效。如今吴茱萸碱已被发现对多种蛋白有较好的结合能力,因此可作为多靶点化合物发挥多种生物学活性。该文主要对吴茱萸碱生物学活性的研究进展进行综述,同时也对吴茱萸碱药动学及其与靶点相互作用方面进行讨论,以期对未来多靶点药物设计提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Evodiamine is a natural indole alkaloid and it is one of the main bioactive ingredients of evodiae fructus. More attention has been paid to its beneficial effects in cancer,obesity,pain,inflammation,cardiovascular diseases,Alzheimer disease,and infectious diseases. It’ s discovered that evodiamine has a superior ability to bind with various proteins,therefore can be used as multi-target drugs. Here is to make a review of the recent advances in the biological activity and pharmacokinetics studies of evodiamine,so as to provide a direction for further multi-target drug design.更多还原
