【摘要】 瘘管是外科常见的临床并发症。目前,硬化剂治疗已广泛应用于治疗下肢静脉曲张、内痔、食管静脉曲张、囊肿、血管瘤等;同时硬化剂可使局部组织发生急性无菌性炎性反应,黏膜水肿、组织纤维化从而达到瘘口闭合的目的。因此,硬化剂也被用于一些难治性瘘的治疗,并取得了良好效果。该文就硬化剂用于难治性瘘的临床治疗予以综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fistula is a common complication of surgery in clinic. Currently,sclerotherapy has been used widely in the treatment of varicose veins,hemorrhoids,esophageal varices,cysts,and hemangiomas. At the same time,it could induce acute aseptic inflammatory reactions of local tissue,to achieve the purpose of closing fistula by mucosal edema and fibrosis. So it’s also used to treat some refractory fistula in clinical,and has achieved good results. Here is to make a review of the application status of sclerotherapy treatment for refractory fistula.更多还原
