【摘要】 类风湿关节炎(RA)是以滑膜炎症和增殖为主要特征的自身免疫性疾病,滑膜炎可持续性导致关节内软骨和骨的破坏,其发病机制尚未完全明确。随着对RA研究的深入,其发病机制的研究主要集中在滑膜细胞异常的信号转导。Wnt信号通路参与细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡,在RA滑膜炎症以及调节骨代谢过程中起重要作用。在RA患者病情发展过程中,Wnt信号通路在成骨细胞、破骨细胞、成纤维细胞样滑膜细胞中发挥效应,促进骨质疏松、骨质侵蚀的发展。

【Abstract】 Rheumatoid arthritis( RA) is an autoimmune disease with characteristic features of synovial inflammation and proliferation which subsequently lead to destructions of cartilage and bone. Its pathogenesis is still uncertain. With the development of the research on RA,the research on the pathogenesis is focused on the abnormal signal transduction of the synovial cell. The Wnt signaling pathways take part in cells proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis and play a key role in the synovial inflammation and the regulation of bone metabolism of RA. In the development of RA,the Wnt signaling pathways have effect on osteoblast,osteoclast and fibroblast 1ike synoviocytes,promoting the progress of osteoporosis and bone erosion.
