【摘要】 重度马蹄内翻足畸形在临床上较为常见,传统治疗采用一次性手术矫正畸形,手术创伤大,并发症多,远期疗效不佳,如何以最小的创伤获取最佳的疗效,一直是矫形骨科亟需解决的难点问题。20世纪50年代,前苏联骨科医生Ilizarov发现了牵拉成组织技术,通过缓慢的牵伸来重建肢体的外观与功能,利用时间作为一个治疗变量,避免了传统手术创伤大,并发症多的难题。本文着重阐述如何更好地发挥该技术的优势以保证最佳的治疗效果,真正实现以最小的创伤获取最佳的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Severe clubfoot deformity is common in clinic.The effect of traditional treatment is poor with trauma,complication.How to minimize the trauma to obtain the best effect,is always a difficult problem to solve in the orthopedic department.In the 50 sof the 20 th Century,distraction osteogenesis was found by Ilizarov.It uses time as a treatment variable which reconstructs the appearance and function of limbs and avoid severe trauma of the traditional operation and the problems of more complications.This paper focuses on how to take advantages of this technology to ensure the best treatment effect,achieved with minimal trauma to obtain the best clinical curative effect.更多还原
