【摘要】 探讨不同医疗保险方式对维持性血透(MHD)患者透析方案选择的影响。采用横断面研究,对比新农合、居民、职工三种医保方式的MHD患者的临床资料。结果发现,新农合组患者年龄轻、透析龄短、透析频率低,主要采用单纯普通血液透析模式;医保组患者采用普通血液透析联合血液透析滤过模式的比例明显高于其他两组患者。参加不同医疗保险模式可能对MHD患者透析频次和血液透析模式的选择产生影响,报销比例较低的新农合患者以每周2次普通血液透析为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the effects of different medical insurance on the dialysis plan selection in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Using the cross-sectional study,clinical records were compared in MHD patients of three kinds of medical insurance including the new rural cooperative medical insurance,the urban residents and the urban employee medical insurance.In the new rural cooperative medical insurance group,patients age,dialysis age,weekly dialysis frequency were obviously lower than those in the urban employee or the urban residents medical insurance group,and their mainly hemodialysis model was just simple hemodialysis.In contrast with other two groups,the ratio of hemodialysis combined hemodiafiltration was significantly higher in the urban employee medical insurance group.There were possible impacts in the choice of dialysis frequency and hemodialysis model in MHD patients under the different types of medical insurance.Simple hemodialysis twice a week was the mainly treatment model in MHD patients of the new rural cooperative medical insurance group due to their present lower rates of reimbursement.更多还原
