【摘要】 本文分析了目前白内障手术切口发展及人工晶状体发展的趋势,辩证分析了白内障手术切口微小化的利弊,辩证分析了人工晶状体为适应微切口白内障手术的设计变化带来的利与弊,提出在临床工作中,应从患者具体病情出发,做到适合的微小切口,选择适宜于病情的人工晶状体植入,将微创的理念贯彻到手术的每一细节操作,这才能使微切口白内障手术更好地发挥优势,使患者真正长久受益。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article focuses on the development tendency of cataract incision and intraocular lens(IOL),and makes the analysis of advantages and disadvantages on microincision and changes of IOL designs adapting to microincision.The results suggests that in order to make full use of advantages of microincision and benefit patients,we should choose the suitable incision and IOL implantation,pay much attention to every procedure of surgery.更多还原
