【摘要】 一个好的医学模式的最终目的就是能使患者得到最佳的治疗。但是在临床医疗活动中的各种因素中,人们往往忽视了一个重要因素,那就是医疗秩序。广义而言,医疗秩序涉及到在医疗过程中谁是医疗决策的主体,谁又是客体,这种关系的稳定性如何,而这种关系是否能够得到主客体的认可,以及社会舆论、媒体甚至法律的认可等等问题。在不同的医学模式中,医疗秩序的核心内容是不同的。分析一种医学模式的优劣,可以从分析其所形成的医疗秩序的利弊开始。本文分析了生物医学模式,生物心理社会医学模式,以及最近有人提出的所谓"以病人为中心的新型医疗服务模式",强调了以医生作为医疗决策主体的医疗秩序的重要性,指出只有这样的稳定的医疗秩序才能为患者提供有效的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ultimate purpose of a good medical model is to offer the patients the best treatment.But in the various factors of the clinical medical activities,medical order is the most important one which is often ignored by most of the people.In broad terms,it refers to many issues in the medical process,such as who is the subject of the medical decision and who is the object?How is the stability of the relationship of both sides?Could it be accepted by the both sides and public opinion,or even by law?In different medical models,the core contents of medical order are different.Judgement of one medical model which is superior or not could be made by the analysis of the pros and cons of its medical order.And so,the biomedical model,bio-psycho-social medical model and the newly proposed idea of the new patient-centered medical serving model are discussed in this article which emphasizes the importance of the medical order of which the doctors act as subject of the medical decision.The author also points out that only by this stable medical order could we provide an effective treatment to the patients.更多还原
