【摘要】 临床决策贯穿于医疗活动整个过程,临床决策正确与否决定了患者诊疗过程的成败。临床决策受诸多因素影响,其中医患沟通是重要因素之一。良好的医患沟通,可以使医生获得完整、准确和客观的患者信息,为医生做出正确的临床决策提供重要的依据;良好的医患沟通,还可以使患者很好地配合医生实施临床决策,以达到最佳的诊疗效果。因而,医患沟通是做好临床决策的重要基础。临床医生应重视自身素养、职业态度与医德、专业知识、沟通技巧、人文学知识、患者心理等方面的培养、学习与训练,以提高医患沟通水平,为做出正确的临床决策并得以快捷、有效地实施提供保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clinical decision-making throughout the entire process of medical activities.Wether or not the clinical decision is successful would decide if the patient care process is proper.Clinical decision-making is affected by many factors,and doctor-patient communication is one of the important factors.Good doctor-patient communication can make doctors obtain complete,accurate and objective patient information,provide an important basis by making the correct clinical decisions;good doctor-patient communication can help patients coordinating doctors and achieve the best clinical results.Thus,doctor-patient communication is an important basis for good clinical decision-making.Clinicians should pay attention to learning and training of their literacy,vocational attitude and ethics,professional knowledge,communication skills,humanities knowledge,patients’ psychology and other aspects,in order to improve the level of doctor-patient communication,and make the right,quick and effective decisions.更多还原
