【摘要】 目的:规范医学实验室离心技术的应用与仪器维护。方法:正确选择与应用离心技术,掌握相对离心力(RCF)、S值及K值等常用离心参数的运用与计算方法,合理配置离心转头与离心容器,根据材质的理化耐受性选用和处理离心容器,制定基于风险控制的操作规范、监测、维护、保养以及生物安全等系列措施,建立实验室离心机技术保障。结果:通过规范医学实验室离心技术的应用,使实验室离心机的故障率降低,工作效率得到提升。结论:保障离心机正常使用,必须坚持从实验应用到工程维护的全技术流程管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the good practice of the application and maintenance of the centrifuges in the medical laboratories. Methods: By correct selection of centrifuge technology, to know well the technical parameters of the centrifuges and calculation methods, reasonable configuration for rotors and containers, processing according to the physical and chemical resistances of the centrifugal containers, set up technical support system by formulating maintenance measures of the centrifuges based on risk control. Results: Centrifuge failure in the laboratory is reduced, the technical efficiency increased. Conclusion: In order to keep a good operating practice of the centrifuge, need to perform total technical procedures management from the experiment application to the engineering maintenance.更多还原
