【Abstract】 Objective: To solve the difficulties and problems in the process of using high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Summarizing the problems often occurred in this technology and providing some simple and effective solutions. Results: The instrument intact rate and utilization rate have been improved, which guarantees the scientific research and teaching.
