【摘要】 目的探讨采用双缝合锚治疗NeerⅡB型锁骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法 2009年5月~2010年5月,采用双缝合锚治疗NeerⅡB型锁骨远端骨折20例,其中男性11例,女性9例;患者年龄23~44岁,平均年龄35.6岁;左侧8例,右侧12例;损伤至手术时间为24~60h,平均36h。骨折复位后将两枚缝合锚固定于喙突基底部,再在骨折近端钻两个1.6mm的骨孔,将锚钉尾线穿过骨孔,并打结固定。采用Constant-Murley评分系统评价术后肩关节功能。结果所有患者均获得随访,随访时间为12~18个月,平均随访时间16.5个月。X线片显示锁骨骨折愈合,愈合时间为9~15周,平均愈合时间10.5周。20例患者的Constant-Murley评分为82~100分,平均93.5分,优良率为100%。结论双缝合锚固定骨折可作为涉及喙锁韧带的锁骨远端骨折手术治疗的一个良好选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of using two suture anchors in the treament of type Ⅱ fractures of the distal clavicle. Methods Between may 2009 and may 2010,twenty patients were treated using two suture anchors for type Ⅱ fractures of the distal clavicle. There were 11 men and 9 women,with the mean age of 35. 6 years( range,23- 44 years). The right shoulder was involved in 12 patients and the left in 8 patients. The interval time between injuries and operation was 24- 60h( average,36h). After the fracture reduction,two suture anchors was inserted into the base of the coracoid process. Then two 1. 6 mm clavicular holes were drilled.The suture strands were passed trough the holes,and then were tied. The shoulder function was assessed with Constant- Murley scoring system. Results All patients were followed up,and the duration of follow- up was 12- 18 months( mean,16. 5 months). The radiological examination showed that fracture union was eventually achieved in all patients. The constant- Murley scores of all patients were 82- 100( mean,93. 5). The excellent rate was 100%. Conclusion The suture anchor fixation in the treatment of type Ⅱ fractures of the distal clavicle is a reliable and simple technique.更多还原
