【摘要】 目的了解山东省2005~2014年免疫规划工作投入成本情况,为探讨免疫规划经费保障机制的建立提供依据。方法 2015年1月采用普查的方式进行自我填报式问卷调查,统计分析免疫规划工作投入成本。结果 2005~2014年山东省免疫规划投入成本总体上呈增长趋势,从2005年的36 284.31万元增长到2014年的89 928.07万元;从不同级别来看,乡级成本为399 250.08万元,占总成本的58.17%;从不同项目来看,人员成本为344 769.66万元,占总成本的50.23%;从不同疾病来看,麻疹为210 181.22万元,占总成本的30.62%。结论山东省10年来免疫规划工作成本乡级最高,不同项目中人员成本最高,在所有针对传染病中麻疹最高。应建立可持续发展的免疫规划经费保障机制,重点保障乡级投入;对免疫规划工作人员进行优化配置,提高人员工作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the cost of Expanded Program on Immunization in Shandong province during 2005-2014,so as to provide the basis for establishing the corresponding fund security mechanism. Methods In January 2015,self-administered questionnaire was used to analyze the cost of Expanded Program on Immunization. Results The cost of Expanded Program on Immunization in general was a rising trend from 2005 to 2014,and the cost from 36 284.31 ten thousand Yuan in 2005 increased to 89 928.07 ten thousand Yuan in 2014.From the different grade,the township cost was399 250.08 ten thousand Yuan,accounting for 58.17% of the total;from the different item,the staff cost was 344 769.66 ten thousand Yuan,accounting for 50.23% of the total;from the different disease,the measles cost was 210 181.22 ten thousand Yuan,accounting for 30.62% of the total. Conclusion In the total cost of Expanded Program on Immunization in Shandong province during 2005-2014,the township cost is the highest;from the different item,the staff cost is the highest;and from the different disease,the measles cost is the highest.The sustainable fund security mechanism of Expanded Program on Immunization should be established,that prior guarantees the township level fund.Optimizing the configuration of the staff on immunization program and improving working efficiency.更多还原
