【摘要】 目的分析非结核分枝杆菌(NTM)的耐药性。方法对福建省30个结核病耐药监测点收集的分枝杆菌临床分离株,且经PNB/TCH培养基鉴定为NTM的菌株进行药物敏感试验。结果福建省NTM的检出率为4.54%(63/1 389);NTM对异烟肼(H)、链霉素(S)、利福平(R)、乙胺丁醇(E)、氧氟沙星(Ofx)、卡那霉素(Km)这六种药物的总体耐药率为100%,INH的耐药率为95.24%,对二线抗结核药物Ofx的耐药率为93.65%。结论非结核分枝杆菌对一线抗结核药物及常用二线抗结核药物氧氟沙星、卡那霉素具有很高的耐药性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the drug resistance of nontuberculosis mycobacteria(NTM). Methods The mycobacteria isolates collected from 30 drug resistant survey sites were identified by PNB/TCH culture,the drug susceptibility test was performed on the identified NTM. Results The detection rate of NTM was 4.54%(63/1 389)in Fujian province;the total drug resistant rate of H,S,R,E,Ofx and Km was 100%,the highest rate was resistant to H(95.24%),and the second was Ofx(93.65%). Conclusion NTM is resistant to the first line anti-tuberculosis drugs and second Iine common drugs such as Ofx and Km.更多还原
