【摘要】 卫生服务连续性可定义为居民在不同组织接受的不间断的、不重复的一系列协调的卫生服务,这种服务连续性的维度包括人际关系的连续、机构间的连续、信息的连续和地理连续等。国外学者主要从持久度(Duration)、紧密度(Density)、分散度(Dispersion)和顺序性(Sequence)4个维度对卫生服务连续性进行测量,也有学者从患者体验角度进行测量。本文对国内外学者提出的卫生服务连续性的概念、维度、测量指标以及方法进行了综合性介绍,旨在为卫生服务连续性相关研究提供一定的理论支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Health service continuity can be defined as the residents in different local organizations accept a series of uninterrupted,nonredundant and harmonious health services,and the continuity of the service dimensions including continuous relationships between persons,continuous institutional relationships,continuous information and geography,etc. Foreign scholars mainly study health service continuity from the duration,density,dispersion and sequence four dimensions,and some scholars also measured from the patients’ experience. This paper puts forward the concept of health service continuity,dimensions,measures and methods for comprehensive introduction and exposition based on the domestic and foreign scholars in order to provide certain theoretical basis for health service continuity.更多还原
