【摘要】 目的:通过对传统中医类院校SCI发文的分析,评价5所中医院校的科研竞争力,也为今后中医的发展提供一定的参考。方法:搜集2004年以来被SCI收录的5所传统中医类院校科研工作者所发的论文,运用文献计量学方法,从文献数量、文献被引频次、期刊质量、优势学科分布等多个角度,进行分析和评价。结果:5所传统中医类院校SCI论文发文量每年都在递增,但期刊质量以及论文被引用次数总体不高,中医学以及针灸学类的文献比较少。上海中医药大学论文总量、论文被引次数以及期刊质量在5所传统中医院校中处于领先地位。结论:科研奖励制度不仅要注重SCI论文的数量,更应该将论文的引用次数、期刊影响因子纳入奖励因素的范围,这样可以更好的督促科研工作者发表高质量的论文,同时,对于发文量较少的中医学、针灸学,应给予更多的支持与鼓励。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the scientific and research competitiveness of the five traditional Chinese medicine institutions by means of the analysis for their published scientific papers in SCI journals,which also provided some reference for the development of traditional Chinese medicine in future. Methods: To analyze and evaluate by searching the published papers of the five institutions indexed by SCI journals since2004 with bibliometrics from various perspectives of literature quantity,citation frequency,periodical quality and the distribution of preponderant discipline. Results: Although the papers from five traditional Chinese medicine institutes and published in the SCI journals always demonstrate an annual increase,the periodical quality and citation times,generally speaking,is low. Particularly,the literatures of traditional Chinese medicine and science of acupuncture and moxibustion is much lesser. The paper amounts,citations and periodical quality of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine takes the leading position in the five institutes. Conclusion: The reward system for scientific research shall not only highlights the number of the papers published by SCI Journals,but also brings citation times and periodical impact factors into the elements for reward,which could better supervise and urge scientific researchers to publish high quality papers. Meanwhile,for those less published papers regarding traditional Chinese medicine and science of acupuncture and moxibustion,more support and reward should be given.更多还原
