【摘要】 目的:了解山东省聊城市人民医院女性慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者被动吸烟情况及其他危险因素,为女性COPD社区预防提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查和肺功能检测相结合的方式,随机抽取女性COPD患者和肺功能正常的患者各300名进行调查研究。结果:该院女性COPD患者被动吸烟率56.6%,肺功能正常女性被动吸烟率为41.6%。单因素分析显示,被动吸烟年限、平均每日被动吸烟时间、生物燃料的使用、冬季燃煤取暖、冬季室内平均温度、家庭年收入、体重指数(BMI)可能是罹患COPD的影响因素(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,被动吸烟年限长(P<0.001,OR=4.78)、平均每日被动吸烟时间长(P<0.001,OR=8.26)、冬季采用燃煤取暖(P<0.001,OR=2.53)、冬季室内平均温度低(P=0.01,OR=2.19)、低BMI(P=0.01,OR=0.72,95%CI:0.56-0.95)是罹患COPD的危险因素。结论:女性COPD患者被动吸烟率高于肺功能正常的女性,危险因素来自多个方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To survey the situation of passive smoking and other risk factors in females with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease( COPD) in the Liaocheng People’s hospital Shandong Province and provides the prevention and treatment in community. Methods: Questionnaires and lung functional monitor were used to survey the population of female COPD and the females whose lung functions were normal 300 respectively. Results: The passive smoking rate of female COPD was 56. 6%,and the rate of females with normal lung function was 41. 6%. The unilabiate analysis showed that: passive smoking years,average daily time of passive smoking,the use of biofuels,coal- fired heating in winter,the average temperature of room in winter,family revenue and body mass index( BMI) were the risk factors of female COPD( P < 0. 05). Multivariate analysis showed that: more years of passive smoking( P < 0. 001,OR = 4. 78,95% CI: 3. 85- 5. 95),long time of passive smoking per day( P < 0. 001,OR = 8. 26,95% CI: 6. 07- 10. 39),using coal- fired heating in winter( P < 0. 001,OR = 2. 53,95% CI: 1. 55- 4. 34),low temperature of room in winter( P = 0. 01,OR = 2. 19,95% CI: 1. 35- 4. 89) and low BMI were the risk factors of COPD( P = 0. 01,OR =0. 72,95% CI: 0. 56- 0. 95).
