【摘要】 目的:了解2010-2013年成都市新都区基本公共卫生服务重点服务人群满意度变化情况,找出问题并分析原因,为进一步提高基本公共卫生服务质量提供参考依据。方法:采用随机等距抽样和电话访谈调查城乡居民,数据分析运用卡方检验并进行描述性分析。结果:2010-2013重点人群满意率逐年递增,依次为55.47%、72.15%、76.83%、89.33%;2013年0-6岁儿童满意率(95%)高于孕产妇(94.67%)、慢性病患者(85.33%)及65岁以上老人(76.67%);社区卫生服务中心与乡镇卫生院满意率不存在差异(P>0.05),该区城乡基本公共卫生服务均等化程度较高。结论:细化服务质量考核指标;加强家庭对老年人及慢性病患者重视程度,提高人群服务的均等化程度;依托乡村医生入户服务便捷性,提高服务质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the trend of satisfaction of basic public health services project among the focus groups in Xindu district from 2010 to 2013,to find problems and analyze reasons,providing a reference for the district to improve the services quality of basic public health service in the future. Methods: The random equidistant sampling,telephone interview,chi- square test and general descriptive analysis are applied in this research. Results: The satisfaction rate was increasing year by year from 2010 to 2013,the satisfaction each year was 55. 47% 、72.15% 、76. 83% 、89. 33%. in 2013,the satisfaction of children( 95%) more than the maternal( 94. 67%) 、the chronic( 85. 33%) and the elderly( 76. 67%). the satisfaction of community health service centers and health clinics in towns is same( P > 0. 05),the equalization of basic public health services is high both in urban and rural.
