【摘要】 目的研究化疗联合沙利度胺治疗急性白血病的临床效果及其对血管生成调控因子的作用。方法选取2009年3月至2013年3月本院收治的急性白血病患者66例为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组患者采取化疗,治疗组患者采取化疗联合沙利度胺治疗,比较两组患者血浆血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b FGF)水平变化、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血浆VEGF及b FGF水平无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者血浆VEGF水平低于对照组(P<0.05),但b FGF水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论化疗联合沙利度胺治疗急性白血病,可明显提高治疗效果,具有一定的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of thalidomide combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of acute leukemia and its effect on angiogenesis regulatory factor. Method 66 patients with acute leukemia in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2013 were selected as the research objects, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, patients in control group were treated with chemotherapy, patients in treatment group were treated with thalidomide combined with chemotherapy. Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor(b FGF) levels, the treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result The clinical effect of treatment group was significantly better than control group(P < 0.05). Before the treatment, there were no differences in VEGF and b FGF levels between the two groups(P > 0.05), after the treatment, VEGF level of treatment group was lower than control group, but b FGF level was not significantly different(P > 0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions had no significantly difference between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Thalidomide combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of acute leukemia can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, has certain clinical application value.更多还原
