【摘要】 目的探讨MIP反转图像在乳腺癌肋骨转移成像中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2013年1月—2015年1月期间,骨扫描证实肋骨转移同时有CT肋骨MIP反转图像的17例女性患者,分析病灶肋骨转移数目、部位。结果共发现病灶21个,其中转移20个,骨折1个,漏诊转移灶1个。结论 MIP反转图像对乳腺癌肋骨转移的显示具有较高的诊断价值,对乳腺癌患者行胸部CT检查时,有必要行MIP反转成像,避免漏诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of MIP Invert Image in ribs metastasis of breast cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital during 2013-01 to 2015-01,17 cases of women with breast cancer after surgery,bone scan confirmed the ribs metastasis while having MIP Invert Image,analyzed the number of rib metastasis lesions and location.Results Showed 21 lesions,including the metastasis of 20 and 1 fracture,1 Missed metastases. Conclusion MIP Invert Image having a high diagnostic value in rib metastasis of breast cancer,it is necessary for patients with breast cancer to image MIP Invert Image,to avoid misdiagnosis.更多还原
