【摘要】 目的观察银杏达莫注射液对2型糖尿病动脉硬化的改善作用。方法选择我科住院的98例2型糖尿病患者,对其动脉硬化程度进行评估,包括踝肱指数(ABI)及脉搏波传导速度(PWV),同时选择40例正常糖耐量者为正常对照组。入组2型糖尿病患者进一步予以银杏达莫注射液治疗2周,再次对动脉硬化程度的指标进行评估。结果2型糖尿病患者经过治疗后,动脉硬化程度的指标ABI及PWV均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应。结论银杏达莫注射液对2型糖尿病动脉硬化具有明显改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of ginkgo dipyridamole injection on arterial stiffness in the type 2diabetes.Methods Ninety-eight type 2 diabetes were recruited in our study,and the indices of arterial stiffness were evaluated which included ankle/brachial index(ABI)and pulse wave velocity(PWV).And 40 subjects with normal glucose regulation were set as controls.The type 2 diabetes group received ginkgo dipyridamole injection for 2 weeks,and the indices of arterial stiffness were evaluated once again.Results The indices of arterial stiffness of type 2 diabetes after the treatment were improved when compared with those before the treatment(P<0.05),and the patients had no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion The ginkgo dipyridamole injection can significantly improve the arterial stiffness in the type 2 diabetes.更多还原
