【摘要】 目的评价胫后静脉溶栓丹参酮灌注治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓的疗效。方法 2010年2月—2013年2月期间我科收治72例病程<14 d的急性下肢深静脉血栓患者,随机分为3组,A组24例常规溶栓、抗凝以及活血化瘀等治疗;B组24例采用腔静脉滤器置入联合经胫后静脉导管直接溶栓,同时行常规抗凝、活血化瘀等治疗;C组24例采用腔静脉滤器置入联合经胫后静脉导管直接溶栓,同时行导管内丹参酮注射液灌注治疗。比较3组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 B、C组和A组治疗后3 d、7 d和14 d各时间段双侧肢体周径差比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),C组治愈率最高。结论胫后静脉溶栓丹参酮灌注治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓优于外周溶栓和单纯置管溶栓。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Evaluation of posterior tibial vein thrombolysis combined tanshinone injection infusion in the treatment of acute lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.Methods Retrospective analysis form February 2010 to February 2013 of 72 cases admitted in our department during the course of<14 d of the clinical data of patients with acute deep vein thrombosis of lower limb,were divided into three groups:Group A:24 cases of conventional treatment such as thrombolysis and anticoagulation and promoting blood circulation;Group B:24 cases with vena cava filter placement combined with posterior tibial vein catheter thrombolysis directly,routine treatment such as anticoagulant,promoting blood circulation;Group C:24 cases with vena cava filter placement combined with posterior tibial vein catheter thrombolysis directly,at the same time line intraductal tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonic acid sodium injection infusion treatment;The efficacies of the three groups were compared.Result B,C and A treatment group after treatment,3 d,7 d and 14 d before and after treatmentevery time comparative differences are statistically significant(P<0.01).Group C cure rate is high.Conclusion Posterior tibial vein thrombolysis combined tanshinone injection infusion in the treatment ofacute lower extremity deep vein thrombosis curative effect is better than that of Peripheral thrombolysis and pure catheter thrombolysis.更多还原
