【摘要】 目的探讨血液灌流(HP)联合血浆置换(PE)治疗重度有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效。方法选择96例重度有机磷农药中毒患者,随机分为治疗组(HP+PE)50例和对照组(HP)46例,比较2组的阿托品及氯解磷定用量、Ch E活力恢复时间、平均住院天数、昏迷时间、并发症、病死率。结果 2组间各观察指标比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论血液灌流联合血浆置换能显著提高重度急性有机磷农药中毒的疗效,减少并发症发生,降低病死率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of hemoperfusion combined with plasma exchange in the treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods All the 96 samples that were severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning studied were divided randomly into HP+PE group and treatment group,the former group members is 50 and the latter is 46. then the both groups were compared each other,include the dose used of atropine and pralidoxime chloride,CHE activity recovery time,admitted time,the coma time,the complication and mortality. Results All indexes between of both groups were obviously different. the members of the HP+PE group had better effect than another group. Conclusion hemoperfusion combined with plasma exchange had the better effect to the patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,it also reduced the happen rate of the complication and decreased the motality.更多还原
