【摘要】 目的探讨外内侧联合小切口入路内固定治疗肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法 2005年7月—2012年11月,采用外内侧小切口入路交叉克氏针固定治疗儿童移位肱骨髁上骨折63例。结果本组63例患者均达到解剖复位,术后均获得1.5年~4.5年(平均2.6年)的随访,术后1,3,6个月摄X线片复查骨折愈合情况及评定肘关节功能,肘关节功能优44例、良16例、可2例、差1例,优良率95.24%。结论外内侧联合小切口入路内固定是治疗肱骨髁上骨折的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of lateral combine wall small cut approach internal fixation in the treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture. Methods Between July 2005 and November 2012,63 patients of humeral supracondylar fracture with lateral combine wall small cut approach internal fixation. Results All patients gained anat reestablishment,all patients were followed average 2.6 years(1.5~4.5 years),evaluate union of fracture and articulatio cubiti function based on X ray in postop first mon and second mon and third mon,44 patients were well,16 patients were good,2 patients were acceptable,1 patient was no good,the good and acceptable rat was 95.24%.Conclusion Lateral combine wall small cut approach internal fixation was a modus operandi to treat humeral supracondylar fracture.更多还原
