酸性鞘磷脂酶/神经酰胺通路在疾病发生发展中作用机制的研究进展

【摘要】 酸性鞘磷脂酶/神经酰胺通路可介导细胞凋亡、炎症和自噬等多种细胞活动,与心脑血管疾病、代谢类疾病、肺部和肝部疾病以及神经系统疾病等多种疾病的发生、发展密切相关。酸性鞘磷脂酶现已成为多种疾病的临床生物标记物和潜在的治疗靶点。综述酸性鞘磷脂酶/神经酰胺通路在各种疾病中的生物学功能和作用机制最新研究进展,旨在为相关疾病的治疗提供新思路。

【Abstract】 Acidic sphingomyelinase(ASMase)/ceramide(CE) pathway mediates various cellular processes including cell apoptosis, infl ammation and autophagy, and is closely associated with the development of many human diseases, including cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, metabolic, pulmonary, hepatic and neurological disorders. ASMase has been regarded as a promising clinical biomarker and potential therapeutic target for many diseases. The recent progress in investigations on the biological functions and mechanisms of ASMase/CE pathway in these diseases was reviewed, so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of related diseases.
