【Abstract】 Medical bilingual teaching has been highly given attention by medical universities.However,there is still a serious shortage of medical bilingual teachers in our country.The authors have been involved in the training of bilingual teachers in Capital Medical University for ten years.We have found the problems in the process of training,and put forward some ideas and focus on the training of bilingual teachers,such as basic and essential knowledge and skills required,effective ways to use advantages of English,and integration of western cultures into the medical bilingual teaching.更多还原
