【摘要】 足量且均匀分布的医疗资源是实现公民生命健康权益的基础保障条件,具有十分重要的作用。但在现实社会中,总量不足且分布不均的医疗资源带来了诸如看病难、看病贵、医疗纠纷频发等一系列负面社会效应。鉴此,我们需要探寻出丰富和均衡医疗资源的有效路径,其具体包括合理规划、总量增加、通过整合方式提高已有资源的使用效率、形成分类培养医疗人才机制、国家给予全面的鼓励引导政策等等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adequate and even-distributed medical resources are the basic guarantee conditions of realizing citizens’ life and health rights and interests, and have great significance as well. But in reality, the insufficient and uneven-distributed medical resources brought a series of negative social effects such as the difficulty in medical treatment, high cost of medical treatment, and frequent medical disputes and so on. Therefore, we need to find efficient ways of enriching and balancing health resources, including reasonable planning, volume increase,the improvement of the efficiency of the existing resources by way of integration, the formation of classification mechanism of medical talents training, full encouragement and guide policies and so on.更多还原
