2011-2013年牡丹江市食品中沙门氏菌的分布调查
Salmonella distribution survey in food of Mudanjiang city during 2011-2013
【摘要】 目的了解牡丹江市食品中沙门氏菌的污染状况及其趋势。方法依据2011-2013年全国食源性致病菌检测工作手册,对2011-2013年采集的15类共861份样本进行监测。结果共检出28株沙门氏菌分布于6类食品中,总阳性率为3.09%,以生禽畜肉及熟肉制品污染最为严重,分别为18.18%和10.00%;28株沙门氏菌主要以阿贡纳沙门氏菌和肠炎沙门氏菌为主,分别占总数的25.00%和42.87%,是引起我国食物中毒沙门氏菌的主要血清型。年份和季度间的检出率差异均无统计学意义。结论牡丹江市食品中沙门氏菌污染比较严重,应加大市场卫生的监控力度,有效预防沙门氏菌的传播流行。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the contamination state and tendency of Salmonella in food of Mudanjiang city. Methods Pursuant to food- borne pathogen detection manual,a total of 861 samples of 15 foods of Mudanjiang city from 2011 to 2013 were examined which were possibly contaminated by Salmonella. Results 28 strains of Salmonella were detective in 6 types of foods,total positive rate was 3. 09%,the most serious contamination were in the raw and cooked meat,which was 18. 18% and 10. 00% respectively; 28 strains of Salmonella mainly in agone Salmonella and enteritis Salmonella bacteria accounted for 25. 00% and 42. 87% of the total respectively,were the main serotype Salmonella poisoning causes. Comparing the differences between the year and quarter, results had no statistical significance. Conclusions Sanitary supervision department should strengthen management in order to prevent the food- borne disease from the Salmonella.
