ADAMTS家族与肿瘤的研究进展
Progress in research on ADAMTS family members and tumors
【摘要】 含凝血酶敏感蛋白基序的解聚蛋白样金属蛋白酶(a disintegrin-like and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs,ADAMTS)家族是一类整合于细胞外基质或游离于血浆中的基质金属蛋白酶亚家族,广泛表达于人体的多种组织和器官,参与排卵、组织发育、凝血、血管新生等生理过程,并与关节炎、炎症、凝血功能障碍性紫癜、肿瘤和结缔组织疾病等密切相关。迄今为止发现的19个ADAMTS家族成员都有蛋白水解功能,能水解细胞外基质。其水解功能在肿瘤的浸润和转移过程中起着关键的作用。鉴于ADAMTS家族与肿瘤发生、发展的相关性,本文就ADAMTS家族成员在肿瘤中的作用及其可能的机制做一简要的综述,以期为其相关研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 The ADAMTS,a subfamily of matrix metalloproteinases,integrated in the extracellular matrix or free in the plasma,and are widely expressed in human tissues and organs,it is involved in many physiological process,such as ovulation,tissue development,blood coagulation and angiogenesis,and as well attributes to various diseases like arthritis,inflammation,thrombocytopenia purpura,tumor,connective tissue disease and so on. Moreover,19 members of the family of ADAMTS founded has function of protein hydrolysis so far,and it can hydrolyse extracellular matrix. Hydrolysis function plays a key role in the process of tumor invasion and metastasis. According to the relationship between ADAMTS and tumors,the present article is to make a brief review on the role of ADAMTS family members in tumors and its possible mechanism,in order to provide reference for the related studies.
