【摘要】 目的通过参加卫生部临床检验中心临床检验室间质量评价提高毒理学生化检测的质量。方法分析2010-2014年实验室参加室间质量评价回报成绩。结果 2010-2014年毒理学常规生化检测室间质量评价累积性能解释为成功。2010-2012年卫生部临床检验中心临床检验室间质量评价变异指数得分(Variance index score,VIS)VIS全部≤80,能力验证(proficiency testing,PT)PT总平均成绩为≥80%,2013-2014年双标准GB/T20470-2006和WS/T403-2012全部≥80%,累积性能解释为满意、成功。结论参加室间质量评价,分析回报结果,及时发现并解决工作中存在的问题,保证毒理学生化检测的质量。室间质量评价成绩可作为实验室检测能力的客观依据,应客观公正对待,不要以此作为实验室或工作人员的奖惩依据,真正充分发挥室间质量评价在日常工作中的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the toxicology biochemistry detection quality through participation in external quality assessment of clinical laboratories in laboratory testing center of ministry of health. Methods Toxicology routine biochemistry detection external quality assessment cumulative performance can be explained as successful. Analyzed retrospectively external quality assessment results of testing laboratory during 2010-2014. Results 2010- 2014 toxicolody regular biochernistry detertion quality assessment eralnation explained to success. 2010- 2012,all the ministry of health quality evaluation index variation between clinical inspection center checkout room scores( Variance index score,VIS) VIS was less than 80,the total average scores of proficiency testing( PT) was higher than 80%,the double standard GB / T20470- 2006 and WS / T403-2012 scores from 2013- 2014 were both higher than 80%,the cumulative performance explained by the satisfaction and success,cumulative performance conformed to be satisfied and successful. Conclusions Attending external quality assessment,analyzed the rewarding results,to find and solve the problems timely during work,ensure the quality of toxicology biochemistry detection. External quality assessment results can be used as an objective basis of laboratory detection,should be treated objectively and fairly,not be used as the rewards and punishment standard in lab or for staff,to play the real role of external quality assessment application in daily work.更多还原
