2012-2013年牡丹江市食品中食源性致病菌污染状况调查
Food borne pathogen contamination in food investigation of Mudanjiang area during 2012-2013
【摘要】 目的了解牡丹江市辖区内市售几类食品中食源性致病菌的污染情况,确定高危污染食品,为预防食源性疾病提供科学依据。方法 2012-2013年采集15类食品,共计534份样品。依据《2012年国家食源性致病菌监测工作手册》、《2013年国家食源性致病菌监测工作手册》检测沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌、致泻大肠埃希氏菌、副溶血性弧菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、志贺氏菌7种致病菌。菌株鉴定采用Compact VITEK 2系统。结果2012-2013年共检测样品534份,检出食源性致病菌5种,其中沙门氏菌检出率为3.1%、单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检出率为6.9%、金黄色葡萄球菌检出率为4.1%、蜡样芽胞杆菌检出率为38.3%、致泻大肠埃希氏菌检出率为1.1%、志贺氏菌和副溶血性弧菌未检出。结论检出的5种食源性致病菌对牡丹江市食源性疾病的发生存在危险性因素,值得食品安全部门重视。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the contamination status of food borne pathogens in several kinds of foods sold in Mudanjiang city,identify high risk of food contamination,and to provide the scientific basis for the prevention of foodborne diseases. Methods 2012- 2013 collection of 15 categories of food,a total of 534 samples of. Methods based on the 2012 National food borne pathogenic bacteria monitoring handbook,2013 National food borne pathogenic bacteria monitoring handbook,detection of salmonella,staphylococcus aureus,mononuclear cell hyperplasia liszt bacteria,e. coli to purging bacterium,deputy hemolytic vibrio,waxy,chi hayes bacteria bacillus 7 kinds of pathogenic bacteria detection. Was identified by Compact VITEK2 system. Results 2012- 2013 seized 534 samples,the detection of food borne pathogens and 5 species,Salmonella detection rate was 3. 1%,monocyte hyperplasia List S bacteria detection rate was 6. 9%,Staphylococcus aureus detection rate was 4. 1%,Bacillus cereus detection rate was 38. 3%,of diarrheogenic Escherichia coli detection rate was 1. 1%,Shigella bacteria and Vibrio parahaemolyticus were not detected. Conclusions 5kinds of food borne pathogens were detected during 2012- 2013 in Mudanjiang city existing risk factors,it is worth health departments’ attention.
