人工饲养喜马拉雅旱獭心电图测定
The electrocardiogram determination of Marmota himalayana under captive conditions
【摘要】 目的测定人工饲养条件下的喜马拉雅旱獭心电图、心率、血压等生理指标。方法选取16只成年健康喜马拉雅旱獭,用盐酸氯胺酮对其进行麻醉。以1 min内旱獭腹部上下起伏的频率次数定义呼吸频率(BR);采用Power Lab生理记录仪,通过Ⅲ导联检测心电图(ECG),测定中心静脉压(CVP)、肺动脉压(PAP)及系统动脉压(Pas)等。结果所测喜马拉雅旱獭心率(HR)平均值为(172.09±35.44)bpm,呼吸频率(BR)为(36±5.1)bpm;心电图特征显示P、R、T波直立,Q、S波形不显著,P-R间期(0.14±0.05)s,皆为窦性心律;中心静脉压(CVP)和肺动脉压(PAP)分别为(3.5±0.3)mm Hg和(34.0±12.7)mm Hg,系统动脉压(Pas)在130.6~177.5 mm Hg之间,平均动脉血压为(152.0±13.3)mm Hg。结论获得了人工饲养条件下喜马拉雅旱獭的心电图、血压等基础性生理数据,为其实验动物标准化及相关应用研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 Objective To determine the physiological indexes such as electrocardiogram( ECG),heart rate( HR),blood pressure and so on of the Marmota himalayana under captive conditions. Methods 16 adult healthy Marmota himalayana were collected and anesthetized with ketamine. Breath rate( BH) was defined as the frequency of ups and downs of abdomen in one minute. The ECG in lead Ⅲ was monitored by the Power Lab physiological monitor and the blood pressure like the central venous pressure( CVP),pulmonary arterial pressure( PAP) and arterial system pressure( Pas) were determined as well. Results The results showed that the Mean ± SD of HR and BR were( 172. 09 ± 35. 44) and( 36 ± 5. 1) beats per minutes( bpm) respectively. All the animals seemed display sinus rhythm,for upright P,R and T wave in lead Ⅲ of ECG was found,and PR Interval which was more than 0. 12 second was( 0. 14 ± 0. 05) second. The Mean ± SD of CVP and PAP were( 3. 5 ± 0. 3) and( 34. 0 ± 12. 7) mm Hg respectively. The Pas ranged from 130. 6 to 177. 5 mm Hg,and the Mean ± SD of the arterial pressure was( 152. 0 ± 13. 3) mm Hg. Conclusions The basic ECG and physiological data of the Marmota himalayana under captive conditions were obtained,which offered references for standardization of experimental animals and related studies.
