【摘要】 目的:探讨专科药师参与临床药物治疗的方法,评价药师参与药物治疗的效果。方法:采用回顾性的分析方法,对我院连续28个月的心血管专科药学工作记录进行分析。结果:药师参与临床药物治疗后,不合理用药的总例数明显下降,2012年为147例(43.49%),2013年为104例(30.77%),2014年为87例(25.74%);2014年较2012年减少40.82%。结论:专科临床药师积极探索并改进工作方式,参与药物治疗,提出用药建议,反馈相关问题,对于提高药物治疗效果、减少药品不良反应的发生具有一定的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the methods of clinical pharmacists participating in drug treatment and evaluate the effect of clinical pharmacist’s intervention on drug use. Methods: Work records of clinical pharmacist in cardiovascular ward in the past continuous 28 months were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The total number of irrational drug use was obviously reduced after the intervention of clinical pharmacist. The numbers of cases associated with inappropriate drug use were 147(43.49%) in 2012, 104(30.77%) in 2013 and 87(25.74%) in 2014. Compared with 2012, the number of cases associated with inappropriate drug use in 2014 declined by 40.82%. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists could improve rational drug use by participating in drug therapy, giving medication suggestion and decreasing the occurrence of adverse drug reaction.更多还原
